Changing your order

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can make these changes. This can be done free of charge. In the event of cancellation of your order, the order amount will be refunded to you within 14 days. If your order has already been shipped, you can no longer change it, but you can still invoke your right of withdrawal. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions about changing your order.

Cancellation and returns (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The return costs for returning the order are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €4.95 per package, consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item to us in its original condition and unopened packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the item has already been returned in good order. Legally, you are not required to provide a reason for returning, but we would appreciate this so that we can improve our services.

Return exception

You can only return items in unopened packaging. For food safety reasons, The Dutch Hemp cannot accept returns after the packaging has been opened. We count on your understanding.
