How to use
- Shake well before use
- Place 2-3 drops under the tongue, 2-3 times a day. Swallow after one minute

After long hesitations, I ordered the 8% and then the 25%, after having had a severe depression and the poor sleep and restless feeling that remained from it. I already feel a bit of a difference, but maybe you have some advice for me. I have been using 2 drops of 25% in the morning and evening for three weeks now. It is delivered nicely, but the last 20ml bottle leaks the cap so that I always have dirty fingers after use.

I bought this oil for my mother-in-law who suffers from osteoporosis.
