For months I was not able to sleep due to menopause and was miserable. These patches arrived so quickly and by the third night using them I was able to experience a deep sleep for 7 hours. I continue to use them nightly and I am sleeping soundly and waking with energy. I place one patch a night on my inner arm and they stay in place so well. I experience tension and pain in my jaw, neck and scapula and have symptoms of TMJ, especially at night. Sometimes I would wake up with ear pain and headache. These patches are a gift. I put one on each side of my face before bed (over the temporomandibular joint) and everything is improved. I may also place two patches at the base of my neck (at the cervical area) before a hard work day, and my pain is much less. They also help with stress caused by the menstrual cycle.
